Hahahahha I almost started crying, but I couldn’t quit because I’m a total 1D geek (Louis and Niall for life).  After doing my 45 minutes booty work earlier, this shredded those muscles up something fierce!  Guys, it’s so short, so no excuses!

Didn’t have a good health day.

Healthy:

  • Salad (salsa, grilled tofu, jalapenos, onions, lime, romaine lettuce, tomato)
  • Strawberry Chobani
  • Whole grain muffin
  • Fresh pineapple
  • (edit)Berries
  • (edit)Almonds

Unhealthy:

  • SO MUCH CAKE AND FROSTING
  • Some Whoppers (never had them before)

For exercise, I did yoga, lots of butt work, and abs. 

Tomorrow, I’m going to start a week long detox, but I am going to keep my morning coffee because it makes me happy.  Other than that, Monday is going to be entirely fruit and yoghurt.  Tuesday, I’ll add in veggies and tofu.  Wednesday, I may throw in a serving of whole grains, and that will continue for the week!  I’m excited.  Also, every day it’s sunny, I’m going to head out back and do yoga in the grass by the creek.  (Hahaha, I wrote ‘…and do yoghurt…’ the first time.)  But my goal is to see how great I feel by the end of the week, and I’ll keep ya’ll posted along the way!

Herbs.  <3

These are just wonderful!  Only, the bottom left, I usually tuck an 8lb weight in the crook of my knee and go for up down, and, bottom right, I hold a 20lb weight in the crook of the hip bones.

Big, healthy breakfast to start the day off correctly!

I came downstairs to Momma having made whole grain oatmeal muffins, so I snagged one of those bad boys with my coffee and Ovaltine.  Sadly, coffee wasn’t very strong; therefore, it wasn’t very good, but that’s alright because I topped off the breakfast with fresh, sliced pineapple.

I’m going to spend around 45 minutes on booty exercises before my brother and I go to te gym to work on abs for that long.  While he get’s swoll on the chest and shoulder machines, I’ll finish up with a little cardio.  It’s a good a day, and I’m ready for it.

Plus it’s so so so beautiful out!  If there wasn’t so much dog doody in the backyard, I would bring out a towel for some grassy, morning yoga, but sitting on the deck with my pineapple isn’t bad either.

I thought I hated yoga.

And then I found out about Tara Stiles.  She’s absolutely wonderful!  Gets my heart rate up in a way that I just want to keep going.  Seriously, she tells you what to do with enough soothing encouragement to keep the ball rolling, but nothing too intense to cause me to shy away.

I feel great and relaxed and worked out.

What a wonderful alternative to a heavy, hardcore, traditional workout.  Which is what I’m going to do tomorrow.  (Yay butt and core.)  But, for now, Tara’s my girl.

If you don’t already know how great her videos are, look her up!  Well, you don’t have to, but I’d recommend it!
